Clover Licensing Overview<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Clover offers a simple, flexible licensing model designed specifically for educational institutions and training organizations. Licenses are procured directly through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)<\/strong> subscription, billed monthly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per-user, per-month subscription<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Per-user pricing:<\/strong> $7 per active user\/month.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Billing frequency:<\/strong> Choose convenient monthly billing<\/strong> or yearly billing (save 10%)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Minimum users:<\/strong> Subscription starts at a minimum of 10 active users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Clover\u2019s licensing is based on monthly active users<\/strong>, clearly defined as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Users added directly to the Clover platform.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    • Users signing in directly via Single Sign-On (SSO).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Your Clover license covers the software platform and related management features but does not include<\/strong> the costs associated with Azure infrastructure (Azure Virtual Desktop resources such as compute, storage, and networking). These Azure resources are billed separately by Microsoft based on actual usage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
