This guide explains how to access and manage the Virtual Lab assigned to you by an administrator or instructor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Learner Access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Learners use <strong>My Labs<\/strong> to manage their own assigned environment. They can create, start, stop, restart and access their lab, but they cannot create templates, manage groups or control another learner\u2019s lab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Before You Begin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sign in directly or launch Clover from the configured LMS course.<\/li><li>Confirm that you are assigned to the correct group.<\/li><li>Contact your instructor if the group or expected labs are not available.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Select Your Group<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open <a href=\"https:\/\/clover-vdi.com\/doc\/documentation\/clover-vdi-learner\/clover-vdi-learner-select-group-template\/\"><strong>Select Your Group<\/strong><\/a> to choose the assigned course group and the environment made available by your administrator or instructor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Manage Your Virtual Lab<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open <a href=\"https:\/\/clover-vdi.com\/doc\/documentation\/clover-vdi-learner\/clover-vdi-learner-my-labs\/\"><strong>Manage Your Virtual Lab<\/strong><\/a> to create, start, display, stop, restart or synchronize your personal environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. AI Assistant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Open the <a href=\"https:\/\/clover-vdi.com\/doc\/documentation\/clover-vdi-learner\/clover-vdi-learner-ai-assistant\/\"><strong>AI Assistant<\/strong><\/a> from My Labs to ask questions. When your administrator or instructor has imported knowledge for the selected group, the assistant uses that course knowledge to provide more relevant answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Collaborative Learning<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use <a href=\"https:\/\/clover-vdi.com\/doc\/documentation\/clover-vdi-learner\/clover-vdi-learner-collaborative-learning\/\"><strong>Collaborative Learning<\/strong><\/a> to share a running VM in Read Only or Read & Write mode and to open labs shared by authorized
